Hi SWD,

That place is just under a mile from where I live. What would you like to know?

It's within a short walk of Axminster Power Tools head office and warehouse, so handy if you want to pick up some extra tools

It does flood down by Waycroft though, although only properly/badly once or twice in the last 7 years we have lived here; the garden of that place basically becomes 'one' with the river. It's also on the main road into Axminster from the Somerset direction, so I wouldn't expect it would be that quiet, but I guess it's all relative as to where you are moving from!

Looks lovely, only thing putting me off is the location next to the road, could be a bit noisy? Bridge, traffic lights, busy junction.

May well be, but when you live somewhere quieter, but it gets busy at rush hour, it might just pee you off. Just something to consider.
