I would sharpen up with the selling job...the crest of our latest wave,is reaching max surf,and then it's gravity...

A lot of folk (not probably your good self) are going to be in the mire,if they do not get their desired asking prices,and have to dangle in the beyond :)

The news is a 10% drop in London and a 30% drop elsewhere over the coming years, I paid off my mortgages in March this year so should be able to ride out any storms.
 
Could create an additional revenue stream out of this, it also would give me something positive to do/work on, banking X amount of money would also cover me for say 10 years.
