Hi,
At a customers house the board which has the c/u on it has started to break up its a price of chip broad and the customer had damp problems which have now been fixed but the board is crumbing away and hanging off the wall. The broad also has on it the mains and electric meter therefore who is responsible for the broad is it the customer or dno.

Hi sounds like a bit of both there as the consumer unit should not be fixed to the same board as meter/service head.
