Hi lads, just had a look at some wiring done in a friends bathroom. All looks good apart from elec rad.....

Feed to flex output for rad in 1.5mm t@e but the feed to the rcd fuse spur (outside of bathroom next to skt)is 0.75 flex.

Not seen this before, is it ok?
Rad is 400w

Cheers

all depends on what rating is the ocpd protecting that flex. what's the betting it's 32A.

Whats the fuse rating inside the RCD fused spur bud? As Tel as rightly pointed out, ensure its a 5amp fuse in there. If its only running a 400w Rad, a 3 Amp fuse would be ideal.

feed the FCU from the adjacent socket with 2.5mm T/E. 10 minutes work.
