MK do 'black' cast iron effect ones that will probably do the job, or you could just get some standard sets from anywhere and get them powder-coated. I've seen and used black ones in theatres but I've no idea where they were sourced!

It is not difficult really, go into your wholesaler and ask, I fitted a few Black sockets and switches in a kitchen last year and they were only 2 days delivery from CEF

The ones I've seen in theatres are standard metal-clad hand painted matt black :nonod:

I've seen them properly factory black many times, just not had to go looking for them! Besides, they should be in the dips if they're going to be otherwise visible so doesn't really matter what colour they are!
