Electricians Guide to the Building Regulations. Published by IET.
It is almost a repeat of the OSG, but includes some other essential stuff like references to other Building Regs, like Ventilation, lighting efficiancy, disabled access, etc..
 
I always recommend UNITES two guide books at £8.00 each they are small and packed with all the stuff you need for day to day electrics. They have very clear diagrams for testing nicely coloured and well explained. Most of the people who see them think they are great value and clear.
