Bosch GSB 18-2-Li 18V 2.6Ah Li-Ion Cordless Combi Drill | NoLinkingToThis

Tempted by one of these, seems like a bargain... Anyone got any comments?

Yes,I bought one from Screwfix despite some bad reviews. It was fine for a month, then reverse went intermittent shortly followed by smoke from the motor.Happily they exchanged it for a Dewalt although I had to pay a bit extra. The Dewalt is just so much better. And it has a 3 year guarantee. My comment about the Bosch.......Rubbish.

Be aware that Bosch and makita have brought out cheap entry level drills that to the unsuspecting eye are pro quality drills.they are not.a decent Bosch or makita 18v drill is still gonna cost u the best part of 300 notes.

The makita lxt202 kit is the best thing i've ever bought and that was £300 but easily worth it! But i've also had a bosch hammer 24v sds for about 10 years and it still goin strong, battery don't last as long now though but thats all
