Toolstation are doing these for £315. and they have 24 left.

It is about time I invested in some professional power tool(s) - my current tools are what might be classed as DIY type makes and models. I have heard that Bosch are very good, and think the above offer from Toolstation sounds good. I had also earmarked £300 for such a purchase. I take it for granted that this is an excellent power tool at a good price, but my question is: is it a good all-rounder, or is it just suitable for the bigger jobs? Would I also need a smaller drill to go with it, or will this do me for most purposes?

personally, i think hitachi are better. i,ve had a 24vSDS for 12 years and it beats bosch hands down. for a smaller drill, b&q are doing an AEG 18v lithium for £78. ideal for small jobs
