Hi All

Are there plastic faced imitation brass light switches availible on the market?

So basically a plastic faced socket that looks like brass.

Thanks

I'm sure I have seen a sort of lacquered plastic foil over switched to make them imitation brass.
A bit like a xmas tree ball ball.

There used to be a brass(ish) metal cover thats goes over a standard switch (not my style) but i dont know if you can still get hold of them?

Because its you Sky I'll have a google search for you.

Cheers Paul - I have also looked but no luck.
I'm sure they used to do them in screwfix made by LAP but I cannot see brass in their current book or on-line.

Im sure these are them
Volex 10AX Intermediate Sw Wht Ins BB Round Edge | screwflix..com

got a customer who has no earth in lighting but want to keep brass style fittings.
Wonder if I can get screw covers for these!?

Do a google search for "brass looking switches" and take your pick, loads on there.

ps. Why are you looking for plastic brass looking switches? If you dont have an earth/cpc to the switch you can always use nylon lug screws. Just a thought?
