This is a bit of a long shot but can anyone give me a clue as to the "workings" of the BT spam filter?

We have 4 BT accounts - 1 each plus a generic family one. Yesterday I forwarded an email from the generic one to my son ..... it didn't arrive. It wasn't in his spam filter. So I logged on to his webmail and checked his spam filter - and yes, there it was.... so I marked it as "not spam"

This isn't the first time I've had to do this - but why, why, why would BT block from one BT account to another?

Seems barmey to me!

Had this with virgin media had to go in to settings on the virgin media email Account and change the settings to forward junk mail to my phone, computer, iPad for some reason it just thought that when I sent a email from work to home email it was junk, had the some problem with a couple of my suppliers would email them for prices but when they emailed me back it would get deleted or unable to deliver would be sent to the suppliers
Think it's all to do with the how by,VM set up the email filters
