Just had a call from one of our local BC Officers - the gist of which is they hadn't received our BC notification from NICEIC - so wouldn't refund the BC fees they had charged the customer. A bit worrying when it had been sent 2 days after installation.

Has anyone else had a problem with lost notifications???

Nope, the NAPIT ones seem to take a while to come through - proably just their processes, remember though I refused to pay the BC people even in the first instance, so we're not trying to reclaim anything.

SRE. Go to the NICEIC web site. The sign in area and download the

[h=2]Guidance for DIS and Solar PV Installations document[/h]It might not help on this one but it's worth waving under the nose of BC on the next one.

Thanks, this customer is a councillor and felt she should pay the fees that the BC Officers asked for otherwise it looked like favouritism, we advised against it but I could see her point. NICEIC send their stuff to the LA's every Friday so it looks as thought the LA/BC haven't updated their info.
