Hi again,
2.5 TE cable installed within fully insulated partition walls which i would of thought is now pretty mush standard now on new builds / refurbishments. According to OSG guide table F6 page 150 Ref method 103. 2.5mm cable down rated to 13.5 amps! Radial for imm/htr would be 16 amp breaker, therefore wrong, cable would have to have to be 4mm. Ring circuit double up. would on give 27amps, normally 32 amp breaker but in this case Breaker down to 20amp. Am i reading the tables correctly/

if cable is in contact with one side of the partition, then it's method 102.

You're correct if you want to stick the cable down the centre of the insulation. As tel says, should be in contact with one side of the partition. If not possible, then you could always go with ref method A.
