Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this is? Its beeping as if it's a fire alarm with low battery and we have no idea how to stop it.

Have a look at your alarm panel and see what fault is showing, once that is resolved it should stop.
If you disconnect it you may find there is an internal speaker in the panel still sounding.
