Can any one advise me whether the Canalis KUO-SA 52000 Fused Tap-off unit is a single or Two-circuit module?
Where can I find a replacement?

Not sure of the product number, but the single phase tap-off units I have used with Canalis busbar trunking come in two types. (N2 & N3 plugs.) If the busbar trunking is configured for single phase then you can have up to four circuits this way.
