Can't create new email on win live mail

I'm getting an error message that reads "A problem occurred when trying to open this message. A problem has occurred. Please try again."
I get this if I try to create a new message, or reply to, or forward an existing message.
Its only started doing this today. I haven't changed any settings
It happens across all my email account.s, One from BT and another on Fasthosts server for my business.

Its Windows Live Mail 2011, running Win10 Home operating system
