I have been using EasyCert for a long time, and thinking of changing. Possibly to click. The do the free version on the NICEIC website, but that’s a bit clunky. The full click version is supposed to be quite good.

So the reason I am changing, possibly, is there is not an iPad version which is good to use.

I changed from a a laptop some years ago, due to dust and battery issues, and the only regret is the easycert software. It’s written for a mobile phone and the way it works makes sense, but for an iPad with a bigger screen, the ability to tab across the fields when putting in data is much more desirable than a constant jumping between Screens

I have asked and apparently there is no plan to alter it,

Having said that if you only use it on a pc then I recommend it and the update package.

Is the stroma stuff free to use and is it thaaatttt bad?
Until now ive used the napit downloadable pdfs and filled in on acrobat reader, ive enquired about updated forms and there now not going to supply them free as part of membership anymore and want another £102 per yr to use online forms....

Tempted to move to stroma, been napit for 7 years but its almost half price!
Have you tried NAPITdesktop 5? they will give you a free 28 day trial

I havnt.... Is it any different to the pdf fillable forms they currently let us download for free though?

Guess im just bugged because thats the route im now possibly going to have to take and stroma do it free, and are like half the price....

I use Hollycroft Software’s Form Filling Simplified software. £95 at the moment no extra cost to print/send certs. You can get a free trial on their site. Well worth a look.
Runs under Windows and easy to use. Only potential downside (if you can call it that) is there is no apple/android app.

There is loads of good things about easy cert. I like the fact that you can export the observations to a spread sheet so I can then add cost against the observation and notes how to rectify them ,its also has a good pdf tool , you can print or pdf db list ,circuit schedules .
The problem i am having at the moment is that it is running slow when used on the server over a network.

Just registered on the Electraform site, had a look around at the certs and all seems easy enough, you can pay through paypal so easy too. Gonna give it a go for £1 a cert whats to lose and looks professional .
