What is the motor doing?

I think you'll get a lot more help from the forums if you post up your answer, your thoughts, an explanation of said things and then people can help or give pointers on what you've done. There will be very few people will to just answer the question for you.

I think you need to show in your diagram the actual earth fault path, possibly two one for the TN-C-S and one for the TT system.

So something like this, although I would caution this is not a complete answer just indicative, detailing the EF path

You diagram should start with the point of generation and go though the full circuit path to the load, it should also show earthing & bonding arrangements.

Then you should be able to show fault paths for both the TNC-S and TT systems.
