City and Guilds Level 4 where next?

Hi gents,

Hoping you can help have passed my 2396 and wondering where do I go next? Am a install spark with all the quals and some working in maintenance (so easy!!) but have opportunity to progress any ideas? I would love to be a ops manager or similar but obviously require a HVAC qual. Suggestions

If you want to take that direction maybe a Building Services course, ONC / HNC depending on where your at presently.

I was thinking a management qual would be best as (without sounding arrogant!!!) The HVAC work I do doesn't need anything more serious!

City and guilds level 4 thats a new one to me?

C&G go upto 5 / 6 in qual level , but not in electrical.
2396 design is L4.

Haha no just the app says need to getup to 6 posts to make sure the accounts not spam, city and guilds level 4 is the 2396. When I say over qualified I mean we do The boring side of HVAC old naff equipment v basic sparking, not seen a 6mm in ages sort of thing.
