Client Log In For Website

Anybody have any advice on how easy it is to set up a client log in on your website to view and download reports?
Know it might be a bit more of a IT bod question, but just wondered if anybody has the option there self or a bit more expertise than me on the subject. Its more of an option for commercial clients than the usual domestic client.

Its not just about having a log in, you'll also need somebody to manage the password resets etc. If I were you I'd consult a web/host/designer.

It sounds good.... We had that feature (maybe still got it)

..... BUT.......

No one bothers to use it! OK Maybe the odd one or two but really not worth the time, effort or money IMO.
