I recently came across some legacy lights which were taken off an un-fused spur which is part of a dual plug socket box. I have been unable to find a combination dual box that has one plug socket + one fused spur connection which seems the easiest way of fixing this non-compliance. I would be glad of information on where to find such a box or advice about alternative solutions.

or fit this and a single socket + a FCU.

I assume by dual you mean double socket. You can get a back box called a dual box which will accept a single socket and fuse connection unit.

And if you're not talking back box, but are in fact talking a socket outlet and a fused spur, then you could construct one using a modular faceplate with a 20A DP switch for the socket and fuse holder for the lights (total module space 4 modules).
