The inspection schedule form is for domestic and installations up to 100A. Is there a form for larger installations or do you basically have to create your own ?
 
hi i just been thinking about posting same question, we could all do with clarification on this ! as you can clearly see the EICR is pointed towards domestic type installations.

phone call to IET technical help line coming up i think !
