The inspection schedule form is for domestic and installations up to 100A. Is there a form for larger installations or do you basically have to create your own ?

hi i just been thinking about posting same question, we could all do with clarification on this ! as you can clearly see the EICR is pointed towards domestic type installations.

There are some downloadable versions on the forum, which I am led to believe can be altered, so as to remove the reference to 100A and domestic.
