Hi all,
Just done some samples papaes, the confused Qs are as below:

Q. The minimum cross-sectional area of any conductor in a caravan is
a.1.5mm2
b.2.5
c.4
d.6
the answer is a, however, I found from P.191, the min. is 2.5mm2 for 16A

Q. The maximum permissible height for a caravan inlet is
a.0.5m
b.1
c.1.5
d.1.8m
the answer is d, from P.192, the regualtions shown that the inlet btn 0.5 to 1.5m, in special cases exceed 1.5m, why 1.8m??
help please

Q1 The minimum size is 1.5mm2 for internal caravan wiring, The 2.5mm2 16A requirement is for the flexible cable between the caravan and the mains connection piller

Q2 1.8m is the max permissable height for a caravan mains inlet. as to why, thats what it says in the regs and I can only assume this dates back quite a few years as some older vans have the inlets quite high on the body

HTH
