Good Evening all can someone explain to me the colour system on crimps i believe they refere to amp ratings ?
Thanks for any replies :)
 
I thaught they related to the cable size(although that does correspond to the CCC of the crimp)

I think its red for 1.5mm2
blue for 2.5mm2
yellow for 4mm2?

There is a standard for crimps, DIN 46237 sorry dont know what the BS is if if there is one. Entering Din 46237 gives loads of info if you really want to look into it.
