CRM software

We are a small company of 11 staff and are looking for CRM software that is easy to use and sparky friendly.
Can anyone suggest one that works well?

What kind of CRM software are you looking for? Are you setting up a CRM server? CRM programs are notoriously expensive, are you looking for free software or are you happy to pay? Do you need it to be collaborative? I've used Google contacts as CRM for a couple of small businesses and it's surprisingly capable....and free.
