Ideally, you should swap the RCBOs in the Lighting panel for MCBs, swap the 63A MCB for an RCBO and swap the upfront RCD for a main switch.
Then again, is it really worth it?
The rcbo’s in the lighting panel are specified by the supplier.
Am I right in saying if I do what you say,a N/E fault will still remain, there will be no Rcd to eliminate it.
Also why are we been given rcbo’s that are not DP.

In my experience a N/E fault on a circuit which is 'off' is far less likely to have an effect on other circuits when part of a TT system. I always assumed this was due to the much higher N/E resistance at the source of the installation compared to a TNCS or TNS earthing arrangement. I'm sure most of us have experienced the embarrassing [when customers are around] RCD operation when you accidentally short out neutral to earth when working on a circuit ? Well I'm sure that's never happened to me on a TT system.

double pole RCBO's will more than likely be double module. Single pole switched neutral RCBO's can def be found in single module size.
The SBS fella does single module, compact height, DP RCBOs with no earth lead. The only ones I know of.

I feel like I need to say sorry! Definitely won’t do it in chinese -
I’m going to ask Google translate for my money back (even though It cost nowt!)
Unfortunately for your example, Chinese is also written left to right, top to bottom, same as English! Also there's no direct translation of "yes" as you agree with something by repeating the verb.
A little bit of useful world knowledge;)
