Wouldn't have thought you would need any more information, there's a dirty great slot in the CU where people can stick their hand digits, regardless of the door people can make mistakes with doors and locking logs C1

I think that for what the OP gives in their opening description that it is a standard 3 phase distribution board with no protective device/solid blank exposing live buss-bar.
