From what I can see, they look the PCB of an average cheap GU10 LED lamp which I often use in garden lighting. These are low output effect lighting for shrubs and water features etc. I cannot see these as any good for site use. For now I would stick to a more tried and tested light source, I have yet to see a 110V AC wide beam LED ES lamp....anyone off to China?

A temp company I worked foor used similar stuff led on a roll like rope lighting on a big site in Edinburgh i we used it for stair ways and exit routes connected straight into mcb rather than a plug for chippies to unplug and overload It gave out a good background light specialy on the stair well but IMO its not realy much use in open areas or high risk, places that require good lighting
