Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Report

No such thing as far as the regulations are concerned, there is only an EICR.

To carry out an EICR correctly and for it to have any value then you need experience and in depth knowledge of the regulations along with knowledge of past versions of the regulations and past working practices.
Plus of course you need to have the correct insurance.
