Ask an admin, but as mentioned just log out and don't visit again, not a difficult task really.

Unsubscribe from all threads too, that way it'll remove the temptation to come on because you won't get thread update emails.

Admin can delete your account but if you want I can give it a temporary ban for a period. If admin delete it can't be reversed were as a temp ban will run out after a set period of time.
