Hi there, could anyone please offer some advice on the following?
We had a power cut on our street and when the leccy came back on our alarm went off and it took ages to stop. Anyway, now when we enter the house the alarm goes off immediately. I have tried doing the following but it's not working with codes 1234, 4321 or 1111. Any help would be much appreciated!

Enter Engineer code...press program..pres 33....enter number of second ie 30 = 30secs. to exit press reset twice.

Many thanks,

Tammy

first thing i suspect is the battery. check with a meter. both connected and disconnected. then you need to crash the panel to factory default settings and re-programme as required.

has this my self ring texecom up

they will go through it with you how to reset one of the pir sensors not to go off straight as it sees movement

also sounds like you need to replace the battery cheap and easy enough to do (only lasts around 6 hours with no power)
