Hi all
I have problems with two of my dwalt tools

Jigsaw -dw320k -I insert & secure the blade but every time I try to cut anything the blade flies out. Using Dewalt blades but can't seem to keep them in ?

SDS Drill -dw005 -bought off eBay & received today -batteries seem to be holding 24v but drill is dead. Seller said it had intermittent fault & might need to have new bushes ? Is this a possible solution ? Is this an expensive fix ?

Thanks

carbon brushes cost about £5. easy job to fit.

Hi all
got new brushes & stopped over. Put back together & still dead. Surprise surprise guy I bought from on eBay still not responded to my messages.

Any ideas as to what else it could be greatly appreciated

Could be the trigger I guess?

Why did you buy a faulty drill if you have no ideas on how to fix them? Seller has covered his backside in saying its got a fault.

Trigger as well, about £30 from dewalt or search ebay. T10 torx, long reach. Firly simple if you are methodical. Twist clutch to minimum before you begin, pay attention to how the reverse through button is fixed to trigger. If you want to test, disconnect trigger and dab motor onto battery direct, it would be better to disconnect motor from gearbox or put side housing back on if that makes sense.

I can back-up Archy's post Miles TMC are my first first port of call for spares, their trade counter service and knowledge is second to none.
