hello everyone,

i am in process of making some led light units for my aquarium, i have made a diagram to show how i have set out the circuit, i have a 12V driver thats powers the lights but i dont think its the right one and i dont want to leave it on for long periods of time if it is the wrong one.

my circuit has 27 1w leds, in rows of 3. specs below and picture attached, please let me know what spec driver i need.


LED SPEC.

  • Forward Current: 300-350mA
  • Forward Voltage: 3.2-3.4V
  • Output Power: 1W

And why didn't you just clarify you requirement rather than starting a new thread?
 
Ok that's great, sorry i thaught you misread my post as I didn't write very clearly -was in a rush.

so this power supply would be ok for this? And not overheat ect.


sorry I'm still learning basics
