My partner and I recently started renting a house.

The house comes with a Triton Enrich electric shower.

There's the usual pull cord connected to a box with a red light in the bathroom that turns power to the shower on or off.

However, does keeping it on 24/7 use much electricity?

My thinking is that a shower probably doesn't really have a 'standby' mode like a TV etc. would but I thought I'd check.

The shower will use hardly any power when not in use and the pull switch 'On'.
The only think it would power it the 'Power' light on the shower.
