Why and when do we need to carry out Domestic Visual Condition Report?
 
Why-when we need to earn money for old rope
When-as often as requested.
They are not worth the paper they are written on mate
 
when , for example after a change of tenants in rented accomodation.
why , to accertain that no further repairs are needed since the last PIR / EICR

Can't imagine why you'd do one UNLESS all the homeowner understands is that all they are getting is purely a visual impression of an installation.
 
Well if you can show me what page it is on in the BGB or in any book and I will pass comment on it This is a Schemie made up document that i would like to see the reference in a court of law it is meant to be a cheap EICR but as said not worth the paper it is printed on
 
Would you want an MOT done like that though truckster? I wouldn't
