E7 boards and meter tails

ok a couple of questions
ill keep it simple
its been ages since I had anything to do with E7,
is an E7 board supplying storage heaters still ok on a non rcd board ie classed as fixed equip ?

who is responsible for the tails? from head to meter and meter to board

From the meter to the board is the consumer's responsibility.

An E7 circuit is no different to any other circuit with regard to additional rcd protection.

Hi - if you are putting in a new board then the installation method of the circuits must be considered. So cables in walls less than 50mm would lead to RCD being needed, for example.
