she says to the farmer "what seems to be the matter?"
farmer replies "All my cows are dead, frozen stiff"

walking over to the first cow, the old lady breathes into it's nose. She repeats this with all 200 cows.

Slowly but surely, all the cows recover and walk towards the field gate, heading for the milking shed.

"Bloody 'ell" says the farmer. " I must pay you for saving all my cows"

(gentle cough) ... Pete says no with reasons back in post #3 ...

It's even more no with the EV charging point that's in play. There are couple of ways to proceed with a domestic EV design with PME at the house, and one of them (at least) would be busted with the OP proposal.
