If you're on iPhone you might need to select open in iBooks at the top right of the screen.

Make sure you're using safari if you're using an iPhone so you get the iBooks option.

I do like my iBooks app on phone and iPad mini. So much resource on there and readable without wifi. Genius invention and tech.

If you have the Adobe Acrobat App, then it should open as a PDF, though you will need to click on 'Open in' then Adobe if you want to save it.
