EasyCert help please....

Morning all

Trying to find on my EasyCert an EICR certificate template, have domestic only? Any idea where it should be please.



Haven't renewed my care package for a little while, so when I phoned up 'matey' wouldn't give me any advice.

Did manage to get out of him it should have been on there from when I originally installed it.

Yeah we've had issues like this when we also didn't bother renewing.
It's a lot of money to fork out each year., plus they remind you 8 months in advance it needs renewing!!! Ours is up in may.. already looking for an alternative.

Go to Tools ---> Settings ---> Certificate List

That should give you a full list of what Certificates to show/hide

Bingo ! That's cleaned my list up a bit
