EICR Code Help!

Hi

just after a quick bit of guidance,

I have completed an EICR, and found a spur of a spur on a ring final circuit, there were no signs of thermal damage and the sockets are in 2 bedrooms and feed table lamps and phone chargers. I know this is a no no in terms of the regs, but what would you code this as, a code 2 or 3. I was thinking a code 3.

Any advice appreciated?

What size is the OCPD, and the size of cable used for the spurs?

I would go for a c2 then.

As above, it has the potential to overheat and does not comply with BS7671.

Spur has been said, not a un/switched spur which would then be fused down.

Socket spured off ring then another socket spured of that, no fused spurs!
