Ring main wired in 2.5mm singles but only one cpc conductor. What code would you give?

Do you mean the CPC is not wired as a ring?
If so a code C2.

There may be adequate Zs and the adiabatic met, the circuit however is not as it should be,the unknown cause could warrant it potentially dangerous

Either needs the CPC made into a ring, or the circuit made into a radial.
