i agree. if the single cpc can withstand the pefc, then a C3.

For an RFC, the cpc should be continuous, so there's a fault on the circuit.

Reg 543.2.9 says that with the exception of metal enclosures or coverings used as a cpc the cpc must be run as a ring with both ends connected to the earthing terminal at the circuits origin
