What certification would be issued for replacing a broken socket front or switch plate?
How about a missing MCB blank?
Missing cover for a CU?
Switching over cables on incorrectly labelled circuits?
Replacing a socket with a blanking plate?
No cert I just send them a signed document listing these items and stating what has been done to recticy them with any releveant test results

As for what paperwork is required from whoever does the remedial work, that will depend on what works are required. As @essex has said it's really very simple.
