Hello my name is james and i currently have my level 3 c&g electrical installation i have worked as mate for years now and am in need to work with someone for a year so i can pass my NVQ3 I am willing to work 1 day a week voluntarily to gain the gain what i need to become fully qualified. I live in the county durham area but would be willing to travel from newcastle areas and stockton.

Are you doing the 2357? Are you not able to ask the person who you worked as a 'Mate'? I am looking too for a placement for the 2357, don't need it until January 2012, but I am looking now, even prepared to work for free for a few days a week now, but unfortunately, in the North West anyway, there isn't a lot out there. I have sent letters out to everyone, including the Local Council, Hospitals, Uni, College, Theaters, anywhere I can think off that I know most of my group won't. It will happen, I have had a bit of positive feedback from the council.
