ELECSA Complaint log

Hi there,maybe anyone has the copy of ELECSA complaint log paper on pc and would be able to forward it to me, would be much appreciated, assessment in couple days but the pack hasn't come..Been looking everywhere through google but couldn't find one.

you can download it from elecsa website. or buy a hard back paper book and write on the front of it "COMPLAINTS LOG"

This is the document but as Ste says this is available for free from the Elecsa online shop.

To be honest mate it probably won't even have the front cover opened, you just need to have a proceedure, written down. If you put in writing 'if they moan, I put down the phone', it's still a proceedure!

The complaints log isnt just for "complaints" in that sense.

Its for logging any reason you have to go back soon after an install. Faulty lamp etc.

They want you to record everything regardless.
