Another quick question regarding the hotel job I have started.
The owner wants low wattage down lighters in all bedrooms and the Phillips (very expensive) led lamps in the hallways. but would like emergency back up to a few of these fittings. I don't know if its possible as there 230v any ideas, the wholesaler can't find anything.

Just a quick thought,if the gear tray in an emergency bulkhead can light an 8w tube maybe it could be adapted for use on a GU10.Dont know about LED though,maybe try Phillips direct.
 
hi folks this isnt the most helpful of replies cos i cant tell u were they were purchased, but we used emergency 12 v downlighters in a church rewire we did about 8months ago i no longer work for that company tho
