Anybody know anything about these regs?

Do they apply to network operators only or to end users / consumers as well?

They apply to any generation distributor, supplier or meter operator also agents, contractors or sub contractors acting on their behalf.

They also apply to a certain extent past the meter, as they prevent us re-connecting N & E after they are split at the origin.

ESQCR prohibits the use of PME supply to supply a caravan. These are statutory regs not like bs7671.
