Has anyone got any examples of AM2 fault finding,
MCB trips when calling for hot water?
Will this be hot water valve?
Motor tenant complains of tingling feeling on DOL? Open circuit on CPC?

What is heating the hot water?
Don't understand the last one about the Motor

Could be anything at all. Bell out all connections including those realistically unrelated to the fault.

I still remember to this day getting screwed on my AM2 by a reported operational fault on the hot water and I found the actual earth fault on the heating valve. Ate up most of my allotted time on a nonsense fault.

And my mate had that one I’ll say customer has tingling feeling when touching the DOL starter

Check wiring in the DOL starter... Or am I missing something.

Boiler?

Is it a vibrating feeling or an electric tingle (Poke belt) or whatever it's called now.
Sounds to me like the boiler valve has a fault on it, or the wiring to it,
If it's a vibrating tingle it could be a duff coil, or coil connection. Could also be dirty magnetic pole face causing the coil to chatter, more than basic info required, and are you expected to rectify these faults or just form an opinion as to what the fault is?
