Zs of 103.00 at the sockets in a third floor flat;

(that's been lived in since it's conversion in about 1960 ish) ill go hunting for the source see if i can see the problem...................found the cellar...........ah yes..... AND a recent addition for outside power! the grey / green cable from the swa connects to the gas meter, which isn't bonded!.

whoever "installed" that SWA wants shooting.
