In the Workshop we have table saw which sometimes doesn't start just hums and you need to start the with a bit of wood, I have only just started with them and they asked if it could be fixed for me its a capacitor problem but i don't want to say order a new capacitor and it will it work in-case its not any other ideas what it could be it also has it own 110v power supply any ideas weather it wold be a start or run capacitor i didnt take not of the table saw but was a 400v 30 micro farad capacitor suggests it a run capacitor but i thought it would be a start capacitor help please
 
I dont use the saw and i am not responsible for PAT testing either thanks to some in house training scheme but still if i can fix it why not
