Discuss Finding an apprentice in the UK Electrical Forum area at ElectriciansForums.net

Anyone can get a puppy, but it takes a real man to give a 42 year old with a mortgage a second chance. Seriously though, you'll probably find adult trainees much keener in general, much more r liable and maybe already possessing a lot of required life skills. I'm speaking in a sweeping way, not all adults trainees will be good and not all young bucks will be bad, but to me if someone is going to part with 8k to put themselves through college while also working for a sub par wage struggling to pay their mortgage, well that would tell me they'd do whatever it takes to make it In the trade.
